Deuxième projet inscrit sur la feuille de route gouvernementale, la mise en place du RSPM va permettre de renforcer la stratégie nationale de protection sociale et de renforcer la lutte contre la pauvreté en rendant plus efficace et efficient les programmes sociaux. Chaque ménage disposera d’un identifiant unique permettant de lutter contre les biais d’inclusion et d’exclusion.
Common, unique, structured and organized information system that consolidates demographic, socio-economic and vulnerability information on households and individuals and makes it available to public service actors.
Coordination tool that facilitates information sharing and informed decision-making by multiple stakeholders conducting complementary interventions.
Inclusion system that provides a “gateway” for individuals and households to register and be considered eligible in one or more social programs based on an assessment of their needs and conditions. This assessment generally takes into account both socio-economic status and category factors, which are often the criteria used by programs to determine eligibility.
