As the second project on the government’s roadmap, the introduction of the RSPM will strengthen the national social protection strategy and reinforce the fight against poverty by making social programs more effective and efficient. Each household will have a unique identifier, helping to combat bias towards inclusion and exclusion.

Common, unique, structured and organized information system that consolidates demographic, socio-economic and vulnerability information on households and individuals and makes it available to public service actors.

Coordination tool that facilitates information sharing and informed decision-making by multiple stakeholders conducting complementary interventions.

Inclusion system that provides a “gateway” for individuals and households to register and be considered eligible in one or more social programs based on an assessment of their needs and conditions. This assessment generally takes into account both socio-economic status and category factors, which are often the criteria used by programs to determine eligibility.
